Sustainable development of feiteng's production process

Feiteng's sustainable production and operation aims to minimize the negative impact on the environment by improving processes or using non-polluting processes, while saving energy and other natural resources to meet the economic and safety needs of employees, communities and consumers. Specifically, Feiteng emits less greenhouse gases, consumes less water, and wastes less resources and energy through production technology innovations in the production and operation process.

Equipped with regenerative catalytic thermal oxidizer

As part of our ongoing efforts to meet our sustainability goals, we have invested in regenerative catalytic thermal oxidizers, which capture more than 98% of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the coil coating process. Therefore, the coil coating of Feiteng composite panels is ecologically harmless and safe.

The basic operation of TO is to pass hot air flow in one direction through the heat sink material and recover this heat by passing cold air flow through the same heat sink material in alternating cycles.

They are used to destroy air toxics and volatile organic compounds emitted in industrial process exhaust gases. At the same time, the heat is retained for secondary use.

The manufacturing process complies with China's strict regulations and standards (HJ469-2009), (DB32/4041--2021).

Solvent pressing technology

This technology mainly recycles waste solvents in production activities by adding recycling and processing equipment, and recycles the processed solvents for equipment cleaning, etc., thereby significantly reducing the generation of waste solvents in related production activities, thereby saving related processing Expenses and material costs; working principle and method of recycling equipment: indirect heating and distillation through heat transfer oil and interlayer barrels. Description: Heat the heat conduction oil in the interlayer barrel through the heating rod, and the heat will be transferred to the solvent through the heat conduction oil through the interlayer barrel. The recovery rate reaches 90%. The by-products after distillation are removed by a specialist company that will dispose of the sediment in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner.

Wastewater recycling

Water and chemicals are used in the degreasing process of aluminum coils. This produces acidic wastewater that goes through a recycling process and neutralizes the pH levels before being recycled back into the degreasing process. Sediment is a by-product of the degreasing process and is removed by a specialist company that will dispose of the sediment in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner.

The recovery rate of wastewater reaches 60%, and the remaining 40% is treated by a third party to meet the national ground discharge standard, and the non-drinking water source is selected for discharge.

Product recycling

Feiteng's products are completely recyclable, that is, the core material and metal skin can be returned to the material cycle and reused to produce new materials. Composite panels that have reached the end of their life can be sorted and recycled by separating aluminum from the core layer. After separation The metals can be recovered by classification according to product information and remelted into recycled metals. The separated plastic core layer can be crushed and then granulated into PE plastic particles for injection molding or modified for use in other industries.

Aluminum's high intrinsic value is the main economic incentive for its recycling. In fact, scrap aluminum can be recycled over and over again without reducing its value or degrading its performance.

At present, Feiteng has not only expanded the recycling value of its own brand, but also has a longer-term goal of expanding the recycling and recycling rate of category products through technological innovation.
