The bending strength, peeling strength, and impact strength can be analyzed by the mechanical property test. The acid resistance, alkali resistance, oil resistance, and salt-spray resistance can be analyzed by the corrosive resistance property test. The adhesion performance of the paint can be analyzed by the solvent resistance performance test. Product Application

Feiteng aluminum panel is composed of 9 layers. The surface of the aluminum sheet is covered with fluorocarbon or polyester coating. The backboard of the panel is protected with the heavy corrosive resistance coating. After the Henkel chemical treatment and three-roll precision coating treatment, the solvent resistance, hardness, flexibility, and adhesion of the aluminum composite panel would be improved significantly with good glossiness and corrosive resistance. The aluminum coil and PE are closely combined by the polymeric membrane at high temperature and high pressure. Therefore, the surface of the panel is very smooth. Its peel strength has surpassed the national standard and is better than the product of other brand. The maximum width of the finished aluminum panel reaches 2000mm; the tolerance of diagonal is less than 2 mm, exceeding the national standard of 5mm.
